Please Read Before Finalizing Your Purchase
At Glow Mahal™, we are dedicated to providing premium quality lighting fixtures. Because we are a premium lighting retailer and wholesaler (Siya Ram Sons - Since 1999), our products are delicate and complex. We ensure all items are rigorously inspected before shipping.
Please note our official policy regarding all purchases:

All sales are final. Due to the intricate and delicate nature of premium lighting fixtures—which often include glass, crystals, and specialized electronic components—we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason.
This policy applies to all orders, including those shipped into the European Union. By placing an order with us, you waive the right to a "cooling off" period.
We strongly encourage you to measure your space, check technical specifications, and review all details of your fixture before placing your order. We are happy to answer any questions at mahalglow@gmail.com to ensure you make the right choice before purchasing.
🔧 3-DAY DEFECTIVE ITEM POLICY (EXCHANGE ONLY)
While we hope it never happens, we understand that manufacturing defects can occur. We offer a strictly limited window for addressing these rare issues.
You have exactly three (3) calendar days after receiving your item to report a manufacturing defect and request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange due to a defect:

Timeframe: You must contact us at mahalglow@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery (based on the tracking number timestamp).

Condition: The item must be in the exact condition you received it: uninstalled, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its complete original packaging (inner and outer boxes, styrofoam, plastic protectors). We cannot accept items without the original packaging, as we require it for safely transporting delicate fixtures.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Process a Defect Claim:

Email mahalglow@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect and the condition of the packaging.

Once we evaluate and confirm the manufacturing defect, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label and instructions.

Your approved exchange item must be sent back to our authorized location at:

Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange via email will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Damages During Shipping
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. While a manufacturing defect is handled via the exchange policy above, if you receive an item that was physically damaged during transport, you must contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at mahalglow@gmail.com so we can file a claim with the carrier. Please provide photos of the damaged box and the damaged product.
General Exchanges (Non-Defective)
Because we provide premium, often large-scale lighting, we do not allow exchanges for "change of mind," size mistakes (where measurements were provided), aesthetic choices, or general preference. We only offer exchanges in the case of a proven manufacturing defect as outlined above.
Sales, Custom Orders, & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any exchanges, cancellations, or claims for sale items, gift cards, or any custom-ordered or personalized products.
